The Night Festivals began in 1987, inspired by the grand parties given by the Count of Grignan in his castle in Provence.
The audience then enjoys walking tours through the castle rooms, punctuated by theatrical and musical vignettes. Initially conceived with modest means, thanks to the support of villagers and volunteers, the event gradually developed over time, taking its current form in 2004.
Now, an original theatrical production is produced and then performed every summer in front of the monumental facade of Grignan Castle.

Café Louis-Provence offers a simple and convivial dining experience based on the concept of a "local produce basket ." The menu features local products for sharing in a beautiful setting, a selection of local drinks, a fine range of teas and coffees, and sweet treats for those with a sweet tooth.
